The Rescue

Rosejade sighed. She and Hollywhisper had given up on escape a long time ago. Then she heard the call. It was like a voice, but in her head. Freedom, it said. Then she heard the footsteps. But when the person came, she was surprised. Itw asn't a white coat, or an eraser. It was... Another person like herself and Hollywhisper. The girl looked around 16, their own age. She was followed by another girl, also looking about 16. Behind them came a boy, looking about 17. They all looked tired, as if they'd come far. The first girl to enter walked to Rosejade. "Hello," she said. "i'm Roxy. This is Max, and that's Liana. We're gonna get you out of here, whatever it takes." Then Roxy began unlocking Rosejade's cage. Max set to work on Hollywhisper's.

Silvia came racing in to the room,"the others can't keep us hidden forever!" she hissed, she looked down at the faces of the two caged girls,they best be like us and know how to fly or we'll nevere get out of here! she thought fiercely,...well, most of us...

"Then let's get to work," Roxy said calmly. "Can you girls fly?" she asked. They nodded. "Alright, we're safe, Silvia. No need to worry about this! Liana, go help hold them off." Liana raced out f the room as Roxy started undoing the cage.

Silvia raced over to help Roxi undo the cages," the faster we get the safer we'll be," she noted to her friend as they worked

"I know. So let's run," said Roxi. She led them out, undetected. Apparently her friends were keeping up their jobs of distracting the Erasers and Whitecoats.

Silvia let out a chuckle,"why run when you can fly?" she called jokingly. As they ran she silently unfurled her wings, odiously having must practice in doing so, preparing for a fast exit.

"Good point," Roxi agreed. She spread her own hawk wings. "I must look pretty crazy," she laughed.

her best friend giggled. "Just as crazy as the rest of us!" she yelled as they emerged from the schools walls and into the battlefield in which their friends were fighting off the Erasers and White Coats. As soon as they spotted the rest of them they spred their wings and lifting into the air
